About

GreenCastle Media is a full-service marketing and branding studio founded in 2008. We help businesses and nonprofits tell their stories and connect with their audiences through cinematic video, purposeful web design, and strategic public relations.

Headquartered on the South Shore of Massachusetts, the company serves clients throughout New England and has traveled abroad — including to Ireland, Haiti, Portugal, and Spain — to bring ambitious projects to life. At the helm is founder and creative director Daniel Miot, whose career in video and web development spans more than three decades developing and producing for a wide range of organizations. Under his direction, GreenCastle Media has produced television commercials, documentary films, corporate videos, and social media content, as well as websites designed to capture leads, drive donations, and convert visitors into loyal supporters.

Our Approach

GreenCastle Media’s approach is built on partnership. From the initial planning meeting through final delivery, the team maintains open communication with every client — adapting to shifting needs, embracing the unexpected, and remaining committed to outcomes that go beyond aesthetics to achieve real business results. Whether the engagement is a comprehensive rebranding campaign or a single-page donation site, the same level of care, strategy, and craft is used. The company’s name is rooted in a defining chapter of Dan Miot’s creative life. In 2008, Miot traveled to Wicklow Town on Ireland’s east coast, where he spent a month living alongside a community of monks. There, he collaborated with Seamus Byrne — an accomplished musician specializing in the Apache spirit flute, the Irish flute, bodhrán, and voice. They filmed at the ancient monastic city of Glendalough, setting Byrne's original music against this Irish, storied landscape. That experience crystallized the studio’s founding philosophy: that storytelling is the most powerful tool a brand can have.
